Senior SNF RCM Strategist

About the role

We’re looking for someone who has spent a career going deeper into SNF revenue cycle management — not just running the process, but understanding why it works the way it does, where it breaks, and how it could be reimagined. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has grown progressively through RCM organizations and is ready to shape how Perfect Billing thinks about billing, denials, and reimbursement at the product level.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the internal authority on SNF billing, PDPM, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement

• Partner with product and engineering to translate real-world RCM expertise into product logic

• Identify inefficiencies in traditional RCM workflows and propose creative alternatives

• Mentor the team on the nuances of skilled nursing billing
