UI/UX Designer

About the role

Perfect Billing is building the operating system for skilled nursing facility revenue cycle management, and we need a designer who can turn dense billing workflows into interfaces people actually enjoy using. You’ll own the end-to-end design of core product surfaces — claims tracking, denial management, eligibility checks — working closely with engineering and our RCM subject matter experts.

What you’ll do

• Design and prototype high-fidelity UI for complex, data-dense healthcare workflows

• Partner with RCM specialists to translate billing logic into intuitive product flows

• Establish and evolve our design system across web and internal tooling

• Conduct user research with billers, administrators, and finance teams at SNFs

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years designing B2B or healthcare software products

• Experience with EHR, billing, claims, or other regulated healthcare workflows

• A portfolio that shows you can simplify complexity, not just decorate it

• Comfort working directly with engineers in a fast-moving startup
